Ballinasloe Town Development Plan 2009-2015
Notice is hereby given, under Section 12(12) of the above Act that the Ballinasloe Town Development Plan 2009-2015 was adopted by the members of Ballinasloe Town Council on 10th November 2009 and came into effect on 7th December 2009. Notice is also given under article 13I of the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004, that a Strategic Environmental Assessment (Information on Decision) has been prepared.
Copies of the Plan and the Strategic Environmental Assessment Statement (Information on Decision) are available for inspection at the Civic Offices, Co. Galway (each day excluding weekends and public holidays from 9.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm), and also at Ballinasloe Branch Library during normal Ballinasloe Branch Library opening hours.
The Plan and Strategic Environmental Assessment Statement is available for purchase at Civic Offices, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. It will also be available on cd by request.
