Variation No.1 (Core Strategy) to the Ballinasloe Development Plan 2009-2015
Notice is hereby given that Variation No.1 to the Ballinasloe Development Plan 2009-2015 was made by Ballinasloe Town Council on 12th July 2011 in accordance with Section 13 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2010, the Planning & Development (Strategic Environment Assessment) Regulations, 2004 and the EU Habitats Directive (92/43/EEC).
