Carol’s artwork consists of handcrafted enamel wall art / jewellery and large abstract paintings. Each piece is unique, and no two pieces are ever the same. Enamelling is a rare and ancient craft dating back to the 13th century BC. It has gradually over the years faded out, making enamelling very rare. Enamel can be made up of either powdered or liquid glass that is fired onto copper from recycled cylinders using an enamelling kiln at 800 degrees Celsius. Each piece itself is bespoke and can be personalised to suit the clients request these pieces have the power to enhance one’s mood and capture unique life events like weddings, engagement, newborn babies, anniversaries, retirement gifts and awards the list on!!!
