Competition in conjunction with Fit Town, Credit Union and Ballinasloe Library

Attention Kids, Teens, Parents/Guardians and Teachers! The Fit Town Team have partnered with Europe Direct Ballinasloe Library and Ballinasloe Credit Union for our 'Healthy Little Me' themed Writing and Art competitions which were launched in all primary and post primary schools last week. The challenge is to demonstrate through art (primary school kids) and writing (a 6 word story for post-primary school) what being healthy means to you.

​We are encouraging a little creative thinking which focuses on many areas rather than a one dimensional view which we are all so familiar with! Big big thanks to both the Ballinasloe Library and Credit Union for sponsoring and supporting us with this initiative. Closing date for applications is end of February and presentation of prizes for both competitions is planned for Tuesday 8th March in our beautiful new library building.
