Croí announces new Health and Weight management programme for Ballinasloe!

• If you struggle with weight loss or want to decrease your risk of ill-health, then the upcoming Croí ‘iBalance’ programme is for you.
• The Croí ‘iBalance’ programme is delivered by a Croí specialist cardiac and weight management Dietitian over 6 weeks (1 hour per week).
• Croí ‘iBalance’ is different from other diet programmes and provides participants with expert guidance on all aspects of healthy eating, including: exploring your relationship with food; making healthy choices when shopping; understanding food labels and controlling portion sizes as well as a weekly ‘weigh-in’ for those who wish to participate.
• Croí ‘iBalance’ provides an ideal opportunity to receive up-to-date nutritional advice and learn some useful tips on how to make healthier food choices, reduce weight, manage blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and improve overall health.
