Fit Town Information Evening

Ballinasloe has decided to compete for the coveted title of Galways Fit Town 2016.  The Fit Town project/competition  is an initiative of Galway Sports Partnership and is open to groups and communities across Galway City and County, to challenge them to work together and provide sport and physical activity opportunities for the people in their local areas, across a wide variety of activities.  The project which was first run in 2015 proved to be very successful with a total of 10 communities taking  part in the competition.

We would like to invite you to our Fit Town Information Evening which will be held on:

Wednesday next 25th November
@ 8 p.m.
Gullanes Hotel

The evening is open to everyone in the community involved with a group/club/organisation/business/school (Sporting and Non-Sporting)  and interested in engaging in this exciting project.    It is a wonderful opportunity for us to work together and build on the excellent work which is already taking place within our Town.  Feel free to bring along other members of your group or network, friends or anyone you think might be interested in participating …. the more the merrier!  If you have any queries you can contact us directly @ 087-6261709,  email [email protected]  or check out our facebook and twitter accounts for updates.
