Classes are 45 - 50 mins long
Cost: €8 pay as you go €15 for 2 a week €22 for 3 a week Nutritional monitoring and plan included. YOU MUST book in advance. Please book early. Try not to text on the day as I hate telling people I have no room. Classes are built for all levels of fitness - you do what you can when you can. Pleae bring water and a towel. Eilis

I am retying to do this all since from last 3 months but I couldn't do it as I want. I just can't manage my time but here in your suggestions I got some important points to follow for my weight loss.
